Executive Director
A past student of the University of Technology, formerly the College of Arts Science and Technology, Mr. Allison holds diplomas in both Business Administration and Marketing. Pursuant to his graduation Mr. Allison has worked in a variety of Finance/Management Information Systems positions in both the public and private sector. He has held posts at the Jamaica Railway Corporation, F. W. Woolworth, C. M. P. Industries, Guardsman Group of Companies, and was senior accounting systems consultant with Mercury Information Systems before embarking on the formation of Microbridge Software in 1991.
Director of Administration and Personnel
Mrs. Grennell-Allison holds a diploma in Supervisory Management and certificates in Public Relations and Collection Techniques from the Institute of Management and Production. Formerly the Office and Personnel Manager of Dual Security Limited (now Marksman Limited) with overall responsibilities for office administration and staff welfare for approximately seven hundred & fifty (750) members of staff island-wide. Mrs. Grennell-Allison is also a past member of the management team at Geddes Refrigeration Limited. In addition to her duties at Microbridge, Mrs. Grennell-Allison operates her own business in the Personal Care industry.
General Manager
As the company’s first Accounts Executive, Mrs. Fenton’s tenacity and unyielding drive has built our substantive client services division through share resilience and hard work. A holder of an honours degree in Marketing and an associate degree in Management Information Systems from the University College of the Caribbean, Mrs. Fenton’s experience and dynamism exemplifies the energy of our organization.
Systems and Development Manager
With over twenty (20) years programming experience, and being the Lead Systems Engineer on every major development conducted by Microbridge over the last twenty years, holding several programming related certificates from the Caribbean Institute of Technology, and backed by an associate degree in Management Information System from the University College of the Caribbean, Mr. Fenton heads the Programming and Development department.
Office Manager
A past employee of Child Development Agency (formally Children’s Services Division) and JohnsonDiversey Jamaica Limited, Miss Bartley holds an honours degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Mona, a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology and accreditation from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Miss Bartley’s astute attention to detail coupled with her experience and expertise brings to our production process the level of organization of which this company is certainly proud.
